From the M11, take junction 8 for Stansted Airport and continue along the continue along the A120 towards Braintree/ Colches- ter. Turn off at Braintree junction and roundabout take the 1st exit onto Pods Brook Road - B1256 Signposted Braintree Town Centre. At roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Rayne Road - B1256. Old Saint Michaels can be found a few hundred yards along on the right.

Alternatively, leave the M25 at Junction 27, and then join the M11 motorway signposted for Stansted Airport. Leave the M11 junction 8A, and then merge onto the A120 signed posted for Stansted Airport and follow directions as above for the M11.
